The period between Christmas and New Year can be a time of limbo, join us on Monday 30th December as we come together and reflect a little on the past year.  we can set some intentions and get clear on our visions for the future as a group fully supported with everthing you need to create a stunning vision board at your fingertips.  There will be some beautiful meditation, self enquiry and journal work as well as a delicious lunch, snacks and even a glass or two of festive fizz.
