A Journey Through the Chakras

Learn about your amazing energy system and the seven chakras in this 4 week course during April and May (we jump 1 week for bank holiday) We have within us 7 energy centres called Chakras. Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing energy supplying the mind body and spirit with vital life force energy.   

During this 4 week course we will cover each chakra to give you more understanding of the deep powerful energy system within your own body. The use of mantras, meditation, crystals and even foods linked to each chakra.  Each week will be a journey of discovery into each centre and you will end the course with an understanding of your energy and how you can develop and work with the chakras every day.  Each week includes a discovery of the chakras, associated work, information sheets and guided meditation.
