A Journey Through the Chakras one day immersive

Learn about your amazing energy system and the seven chakras in this full immersion retreat day. We have within us 7 energy centres called Chakras. Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing energy supplying the mind body and spirit with vital life force energy.   During immersion we will cover each chakra to give you more understanding of the deep powerful energy system within your own body. The use of mantras, meditation, crystals and even foods linked to each chakra.  We will go on a journey of discovery into each centre and you will leave the day with an understanding of your energy and how you can develop and work with the chakras every day to bring wholeness and balance.  

We will take a deep dive into the shadow and light aspects of each Chakra, working through various techniques and methods to leave aligned, more alive and in balance. You will receive a 7 chakra crystal set and information sheets for each chakra to take home with you.
