Cacao and the Chakras

During this four hour workshop you will dive into the world of Ceremonial Cacao, its origins and learn how to integrate this powerful medicine connecting to yourself and the Chakra System. 

Everything is frequency and this workshop is designed to help you to attune to the frequency of the plant medicine, whilst Cacao has powerful nutrient properties this medicine also has the ability to help you to connect to your higher self, intuition and has been used as a sacred ceremonial guidance medicine by MezoAmerica for centuries. Cacao is known for is deep connection to the Heart, opening into your heart space can be one of the most powerful and tranfsormative practices in your life.

We will use the Heart Opening properties of the Cacao to engage with your energy body and explore the Chakra System.  Within each of us there is a powerful energetic highway which is powered by our Chakra System. Our Chakras all vibrate at varying frequencies and its important to be able to attune to this energy body in order to function well and heal in a stressful and busy world.

Sam is the founder of the Chakra Room, a Reiki Master teacher, spritual mentor, holistive therapist who runs retreats and workshops for wellness, growth and spirituality.  Her passion for energy work, the Chakra System and Cacao are both wonderful and magical practices to help you work with your aazing energy body, your health, mind and spirit.
