Cacao and the Harvest Moon

During this two hour workshop we will celebrate with gratitude the abundance of the upcoming Harvest Full Moon through Ceremonial Cacao, integrating this powerful plant medicine connecting to yourself and the Chakra System. 

Marking the arrival of autumn, the Harvest Moon is an opportunity to celebrate gratitude and abundance. Historically named 'The Harvest Moon' the Full Moon in September offered an abundance of bright moonlight to aide farmers in harvesting their fresh summer crops ahead of the Autumn.

With this in mind this workshop is designed to help you to attune to the frequency of gratitude and abundance connecting to the Cacao plant medicine, known for is deep connection to the Heart. Opening into your heart space can be one of the most powerful and tranfsormative practices in your life.  We will use this to support you to connect with your higher self and intuition through this ceremonial practice. 

Whilst Cacao has powerful nutrient properties this medicine also has been used as a sacred ceremonial guidance medicine by MezoAmerica for centuries. Using the heart opening properties of the Cacao to engage with gratitude, abundance for the gifts we recieve from the earth and of it this Harvest. 

You can expect Ceremonial Cacao, Music, Meditation, Ceremonial Smoke, Self Enquiry, Journalling culminating in a Sharing Circle.
