Cacao and the Shadows 2023

During this Monday Evening two hour workshop we use the powerful plant medicine of Ceremonial Cacao, sacred space, journeying, meditation, reflection, discussion and ceremony. We will come together at this traditionally 'spooky' time to take a step into our shadow, to gently lean into all that we keep tucked away and out of sight.

We tend to hide our less than loveable parts in the shade and with a lifetime of conditioning even some of our wonderful parts get hidden away.

In this empowering workshop we will connect with these parts and demystify them, giving them love, permission to be seen, heard and felt in a safe loving space. 

You can expect Ceremonial Cacao, Music, Meditation, Ceremonial Smoke, Self Enquiry, Journalling culminating in a Sharing Circle.

Sam is the founder of the Chakra Room, a Reiki Master teacher, spritual mentor, holistive therapist who runs retreats and workshops for wellness, growth and spirituality.  Her passion for energy work, the Chakra System and Cacao are both wonderful and the magical practices to help you work with your amazing energy body, your health, mind and spirit.
