Equilibrium Equinox Day Retreat

☯️ Most of us struggle to find balance in our lives, relationships and work.  We struggle to achieve enough for ourselves often putting others needs before our own so that our own cup is often depleted...even dry and empty.

☯️ The Equinox is an astronomical event that takes place twice a year where on our planet we have an equal balance of light and darkness...day and night.

☯️ On this special day we will come together to examin where we are not in balance within our own inner and outer worlds and tap into the planetary energy of equilibrium to cultivate some much needed harmony, balance and peace.

☯️ It will be a day filled with tenderness and love as we hold the space for ourselves needed to be truthful about where we are lacking and where we are over extended.

☯️ The day will be guided by Sam.. the founder of The Chakra Room, a holistic therapist with 24 years experience, a Reiki master teacher, a spiritual mentor and teacher of many health and wellbeing practices.  Using lovingly designed enqury practices, meditation, journalling, discussion, oracle, Qigong and grounding body work and cacao and circle work you will leave the retreat day with more balance, an array of tools to assist you in finding a new more nourishing way and with clarity and understanding of what balance looks like for you in your life.

This retreat day will be all about you...you will have a perfect opportunity to find what nourishes you and what your needs are, as well as all of the above it will be light and fun and full of love with music, poetry, lunch and snacks and refreshments throughout the day...as we move from the busyness and fast pace of summer and into the cooler more restful months ahead its a perfect day for Equilibrium...Sam
