Learn how about the seven chakras in this 4 week course during November. We have located within us 7 energy centres called Chakras. Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing positive energy. During this 4 week course we will cover each chakra to give you more understanding of the deep powerful energy system within your own body.  We will look at mantras, meditation, crystals and even foods linked to each chakra.  Each week will be a journey of discovery into each centre and you will end the course with an understanding of your energy and how you can develop and work with the chakras every day.
