Winter Solstice Ceremony with Cacao

On the 21st December we arrive at the Winter Solstice It is mid winter and our longest day, We have very little daylight and it can feel like the warmth of the sun may never kiss our skin again, if like me you love the sun this can be a gloomy time.

Join us in a very special solstice ceremony where we plunge into the darkness of the winter and that within us in acceptance and gratitude for all of the teachings of the past year and bring in some focus and intention as we begin the process of returning to the light

Using our connection to the Cacao plant medicine, known for is deep connection to the Heart. Opening into your heart space can be one of the most powerful and tranfsormative practices in your life.  We will use this to support you to connect with your higher self and intuition through this ceremonial practice. 

Whilst Cacao has powerful nutrient properties this medicine also has been used as a sacred ceremonial guidance medicine by MezoAmerica for centuries. Using the heart opening properties of the Cacao to go within, look into the darkness and plant the seeeds of intention as we begin the return to the light

You can expect Ceremonial Cacao, Music, Meditation, Ceremonial Smoke, Self Enquiry, Journalling culminating in a Sharing Circle.
