Sole to Soul is a session like no other. We will go on a journey from the soles of your feet directly to your soul. Applying the ancient therapeutic techniques of Reflexology to ground you into your body and promote relaxation and health we will move on to a card reading combined with spiritual mentoring to look into where you are in the energy of your soul and we complete the session with a clearing and grounding healing session of Reiki
