Service Description

Sole to Soul is a session like no other. We will go on a journey from the soles of your feet directly to your soul. Applying the ancient therapeutic techniques of Reflexology to ground you into your body and promote relaxation and health, we will move on to a card reading combined with spiritual mentoring to look into where you are in the energy of your soul, and we complete the session with a clearing and grounding healing session of Reiki. For many years, I have used divination as a tool for guidance in my personal journey. Oracle cards, with their unique images, words, numbers, and colours, often help me navigate my thoughts and feelings. Reflexology is a brilliant therapy working on the whole body, and Reiki is a healing method that works with your own amazing energy system. The Sole to Soul session was born out of client demand; people wanted hands-on treatment, energy healing, oracle card work and talk about their life and receive mentoring and guidance. This session works with your body during the reflexology; your energy with Reiki healing and your mind and soul with the reading of the cards and mentoring. It is an opportunity to take a deep dive into you, and the sessions always amaze me with their depth and intimacy. You are an amazing mind, a magical body and a tender and deep soul, and all of these parts receive the TLC they deserve in this unique session.
